eXtreme PPC is Live (again)

Well, someone once said that the third time is a charm -- or something like that. Well, we'll see. I had to completely tear down my second website installation after running into some problems with image management that I could not extricate myself from any other way. We'll chalk this up to growing -- birthing -- pains. Hopefully, we're on a forward trajectory from this point forward. Anyhow, that's a bit off-topic as this site is supposed to be about extreme uses of Pocket PC a.k.a. Microsoft Windows Mobile devices.

Back on topic: So far, the most extreme thing I have done with my pocket PC today was to log onto eXtremePPC.com as administrator from my bed this morning and knock out the eXtremePPC taxonomy (content categorization scheme) before the thoughts left me. Seems pretty tame, but it involved WiFi as well as configuration of an entire website -- from my bed using my phone (iMate PDA2K phone-enabled PDA)!

Not long ago, this would be considered a feat of magic, and even today there aren't a lot of people who can or have done this. (There are some who would perhaps ask why anyone would want to do be able to do this.) The point is that it is possible, and people do it for any number of reasons.
