Killing time

I decided to see what I could post to the website using my iMate while I wait for MaxBlast to complete formatting the new hard drive I'm installing into my Daughter's PC.

Well, it seems that anything with straight text will work just fine - blog entries, forum posts, comments, and stories. However, it's another story where images are concerned - there is no problem viewing images, but posting images is a problem. I believe this is due to limitations with Pocket Internet explorer so I will have to try this again with an alternative browser like Thunder Hawk.

iMate PDA2K
Well, someone once said that the third time is a charm -- or something like that. Well, we'll see. I had to completely tear down my second website installation after running into some problems with image management that I could not extricate myself from any other way. We'll chalk this up to growing -- birthing -- pains. Hopefully, we're on a forward trajectory from this point forward. Anyhow, that's a bit off-topic as this site is supposed to be about extreme uses of Pocket PC a.k.a. Microsoft Windows Mobile devices.
