Yes, my Geek Brothers, here is another stellar example of extreme computing on a mobile device. MathTablet, from StatsNow, is as close as you can get to MathCAD on a handheld! This application just rocks.

eXtreme Application - MorphGear!

MorphGear is a multi-platform, open source emulator for PocketPC and PC platforms. I will be following this post with a more comprehensive review, but for now I just want to share this really cool application that demonstrates why PocketPC/WindowsMobile is the mobile platform for extreme mobile lifestyles!

MorphGear is an application for the Pocket PC and Windows Desktop capable of hosting and executing MorphModules. MorphModules are plugins that can be thought of as miniature applications running inside of the MorphGear shell. Traditionally MorphModules were emulators, but since they can perform any kind of frame by frame drawing task, it is also possible to create native games and applications to be hosted within the MorphGear shell. There are two indispensable applications on my iMate PDA2K.

The first is Microsoft Voice Command:

This application from Microsoft is simply magic! It is the kind of mobile solution that I would expect from Microsoft -- something uniqie that provides extraordinary value.
